Castings
IMI will take your raw castings and machine consistent quality into them. From hydraulic valve bodies, pump housings, or any other configuration, IMI will custom fixture and tool your needs. We machine castings from one pound to one hundred pounds.
Manifolds
Custom hydraulic/pneumatic manifolds are manufactured from your solid models and/or drawings. Sizes range from small in-line single function bodies to large complicated integrated circuits. The maximum size is 100 pounds. All materials are machined. Various metals may be used per your specifications.
We have a large inventory of porting tools based on all OEM cavity designs. Custom tools are manufactured on the premises for short lead times.
